Swipes! v02: Broadcast Edge
The animations in the Broadcast Edge Swipes! volume swoop in and out of the screen with a gleam of reflective metal, a whoosh of glass in the wind, the hum of a transparent curtain of light – sophisticated, clean and useful for any broadcast or corporate production -- but appealing to a broad audience of viewers, making them useful for many other types of projects as well.
Broadcast television could be said to be the genesis of the full screen animated wipe. This is the environment where you first experienced them and it is where you are still most likely to see them in use. For this reason, this volume had a lot to live up to. Fortunately, we have expert animators with broadcast experience experts on our animation team. They knew exactly what kind of professional graphics a broadcast audience would expect, and they also knew that beyond those expectations there was an intangible edge that would delight and surprise their jaded palettes.
